Terms of Use
Last updated:
These Terms of Use govern your access to antiagemove.world and your purchase or participation in guided group walk products offered by Antiagemove. By using our website or booking a walk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Definitions
"We," "us," and "our" refer to Antiagemove. "You" and "participant" refer to the individual booking or joining a walk. "Walk" or "product" means any scheduled group walking experience listed in our catalog, including Bayou Sunrise Circuit, Downtown Heritage Loop, Memorial Green Evening Stroll, and custom private group walks. "Guide" means an authorized leader assigned by us to conduct a walk.
2. Services Description
antiagemove provides recreational guided walking experiences in the Houston metropolitan area. Our services include route planning, group coordination, on-trail narration, and safety briefings. Walks are outdoor activities subject to weather, trail conditions, and municipal regulations. We reserve the right to modify routes for safety without reducing the overall duration or value of the experience when feasible.
3. Eligibility and Booking
You must be at least eighteen years old to book a walk unless a parent or legal guardian completes the booking on behalf of a minor participant. Bookings are confirmed only after we send written confirmation via email or other agreed channel. Catalog prices displayed on trail-catalog.html are in US dollars and may change before confirmation. Private group bookings may require a deposit specified at the time of reservation.
4. Participant Conduct
Participants agree to:
- Follow guide instructions and remain with the group unless instructed otherwise.
- Treat guides and fellow walkers with respect and refrain from harassment or disruptive behavior.
- Wear appropriate footwear and clothing and bring adequate water as described in pre-walk communications.
- Refrain from alcohol or illegal substances during walks unless explicitly permitted for a private event with prior written approval.
- Confirm pet policies before attending; standard public walks may restrict animals except service animals under applicable law.
We may remove any participant without refund whose conduct endangers others, violates law, or materially disrupts the walk.
5. Assumption of Risk and Release
Walking outdoors involves inherent risks including uneven surfaces, weather exposure, traffic near urban routes, and physical exertion. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, you voluntarily assume these risks and release Antiagemove, its guides, contractors, and affiliates from liability for ordinary negligence, except where such release is prohibited by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by our failure to meet non-waivable duties.
6. Website Use
You may use antiagemove.world for lawful personal and informational purposes. You may not scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with security, upload malware, impersonate others, or use our content for commercial republication without written permission. All text, graphics, logos, and route descriptions are owned by or licensed to Antiagemove and protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Payment and Pricing
Payment terms are provided at booking. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the agreed amount. Taxes and third-party fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before payment. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your reservation.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Participant cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our Return Policy. We may cancel or reschedule walks due to severe weather, unsafe trail conditions, insufficient enrollment, or guide unavailability. In such cases we will offer rescheduling or a refund as described in the Return Policy.
9. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated, our website and walks are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific fitness outcomes, wildlife sightings, or uninterrupted access to third-party paths and parks.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a walk or website use shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific walk giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Antiagemove from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misconduct during a walk, or your violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our negligence.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Before filing suit, parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for thirty days after written notice of the dispute.
13. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding website use and walk products unless supplemented by a signed private event contract.
